Very good housewife (Khun Ple) on the top-pest floor (16th), she was so nice, polite, friendly and very very excellent support ! Thanks a lot for your kind attention. And then, there were good two staffs at front (Khun Susie and Khun Anja), they gave the good advise and strong support.

I think the design of the elevators still not enough good. Having a separate button to call the elevator would make it faster to use.

We loved the fact that the location was perfect – so close to the beach and all the restaurants, as well as the Terminal 21 shopping mall. We couldn't ask for more! Having a 7-Eleven right as you step outside was a big plus. The kids' swimming pool area was great, and my daughter could spend hours there.

The staff were rude and showed no respect for the elderly or patients. They were unpleasantly disruptive, and there was no cooperation among them at all.

The mini water park for the kids

No shuttle to drive us to the main road, only one elevator is working, buffet nothing Halal or even close to it

Small rooms . Very outdated should renovate little the rooms and inside hotel . Fo up tor 50$ it ok if more and you not need the water park have better rooms

This is not my first stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, it will definitely be my last. Every visit has come with some form of disappointment, but this time crossed a line — I had one of my personal belongings a pair of new brand very clean shoes stolen from my room I reported the incident immediately to the reception Instead of taking it seriously, they showed me footage of myself walking in the lobby trying to confirm whether or not I was wearing the shoes and simply stated, “Our cleaning staff don’t steal ” That was the extent of their investigation. I was not offered a formal report, compensation, or even a sincere apology.This kind of response shows a complete lack of accountability and guest care Rooms should be secure, and guests deserve to be taken seriously when reporting a theftI’ve given this property more than one chance, and each stay has let me down. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values security, professionalism, or basic guest respect

Very clean and very organised

No towels in bedroom upon arrival.

Could not say anything bad about this place. From professional yet friendly staff to the cleanliness, everything was absolutely superb. Also the restaurant within the hotel had delicious, mouth watering food. Definitely recommend and will come back again. Everything was a 10/10.

The breakfast was repetitive The carpets worn down and dirty in corridors Rooms worn down shower enclosures have black algae around them and dogs staying in rooms wich I have no issue with but the cleaning process is just quick sweep up and straighten blankets about 2 inches of dust on top of wardrobes under bed havnt been cleaned for months

The rooms were quite small, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned. Basic bathroom supplies were not replenished daily. Additionally, one of the bathroom drains was clogged, an issue that should have been identified and addressed by the cleaning staff.

Fantastic place to stay in Pattaya. My kids enjoyed very much the kids pool and ride area. Hotel room was cleanly. It had clean beds and balcony. Buffet breakfast served was great and it had excellent staff support. Beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.

Room was little compact for a family of 4 (2 adults +2 kids). but not a deal braker.
